These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Arclent governing your access to and use of the Arclent platform, including all related websites, applications, features, and services.
By registering for an account, clicking "Agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the Arclent website, mobile application, and associated services.
- "Talent User" refers to creators, freelancers, or job seekers using the platform.
- "Recruiter User" refers to recruiters, companies, or hiring organizations.
- "Verification Badge" refers to Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, or Red Diamond verification tiers.
Misrepresentation is strictly prohibited
Submitting work, credentials, or accounts that do not belong to you — or manipulating verification data in any way — may result in permanent suspension and possible legal action.
Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
The Platform is intended for professional use within the creator economy. We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate accounts of any User who provides false information.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
You may not create more than one account per role type without prior written consent.
You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
Verification System & Badges
Arclent employs an AI-powered verification system that uses OAuth authentication, channel matching, and perceptual hashing to confirm authenticity.
Verification Badges are awarded based on the outcome of this process.
Connecting social or professional accounts grants Arclent limited rights to verify publicly available data.
Talent Users
Talent Users may access the platform under Free or Talent Pro plans.
- Free Tier: Includes up to 1 proposal per month and verification access.
- Talent Pro: Includes AI-assisted cover letters, profile boost, featured listings, pinned videos, and enhanced proposal ranking.
Recruiter Users
Recruiter Users may access the Platform under Free or Recruiter Pro plans.
- Free Tier: Post up to 1 job listing per month.
- Recruiter Pro: Includes unlimited job postings, AI talent matching, and enhanced visibility.
Payments & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.
Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting false or misleading information.
- Impersonating any person or organization.
- Using automated scraping tools without permission.
- Uploading malicious code or harmful software.
- Reverse-engineering the Platform.
Intellectual Property
All platform branding, technology, systems, and design elements are owned by Arclent.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content while granting Arclent a limited license to display and use it for platform operations.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Arclent does not guarantee employment outcomes, uninterrupted service, or verification success.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time.
Arclent reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Jammu & Kashmir, India.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically and update the effective date accordingly.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
