Arclent AI — Portfolio Importer

Overview

Arclent AI (Portfolio Importer) is a Chrome extension published by Arclent (OPC) Private Limited ("Arclent," "we," "us"). Its single purpose is to import a user's verified portfolio videos from their YTJobs profile into their Arclent account. This policy explains what data the extension accesses, what it stores, and what it sends to our servers.

Data we collect

When you click "Import portfolio" on your own YTJobs portfolio page, the extension reads the following from that page:

·Video ID, title, and thumbnail URL for each portfolio entry
·The verification badge status shown on each entry (verified / not verified)
·The associated YouTube channel name, used to look up a channel ID

This data is only ever read from a page you are actively viewing, and only after you click the import button — the extension does not run in the background collecting data automatically.

Data we do not collect

The extension does not collect, access, or transmit:

·Your name, email address, age, or any other personally identifying account information
·Passwords, authentication tokens, or credentials of any kind
·Financial or payment information
·Personal communications (emails, messages, chats)
·Your location, IP address, or region
·Your general browsing/web history across other sites
·Mouse movement, scroll behavior, or keystrokes

How data is used and where it goes

Portfolio entries extracted from YTJobs

title, video ID, thumbnail, verification status, channel name

Destination: your configured Arclent server endpoint (arclent.co)

Purpose: to create matching portfolio entries in your Arclent account

fetched by the extension, not shown to you

Destination: read locally by the extension only — not transmitted onward

Purpose: to extract the uploading channel's ID and attach it to the imported entry

What the extension stores on your device

Server URL chrome.storage.sync

The Arclent import endpoint you configure once in the extension popup. This is saved so you don't need to re-enter it every time, and may sync across Chrome browsers you're signed into with the same Google account.

Channel ID cache chrome.storage.local

Channel IDs looked up during import are cached locally on your device, keyed by channel name, so repeat imports don't require re-fetching the same YouTube page. This cache is device-only and is not synced or transmitted anywhere.

No authentication tokens, passwords, or portfolio content are retained in extension storage beyond what's described above.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Extracted portfolio data is sent only to the Arclent server endpoint you configure, for the sole purpose of populating your Arclent portfolio. We do not share this data with advertisers or other third parties.

Your control over this data

·The extension only acts when you click "Import portfolio" — nothing is imported automatically.
·You can clear the extension's stored settings at any time by removing the extension or clearing its storage from Chrome's extension settings.
·You can request deletion of any portfolio data already imported into your Arclent account by contacting us at the email below.

Remote code

The extension does not download or execute remote code. All logic runs from code packaged with the extension; network requests are used only to read or send data, never to fetch and run executable code.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to what data this extension collects or how it's used, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
