We are seeking a skilled and creative Vertical Video Editor to assist in the production of engaging YouTube Shorts and TikToks. The primary responsibility of this position will involve reviewing both newly captured footage and an extensive archive of existing YouTube content to identify humorous, surprising, memorable, or highly engaging moments that can be repurposed as standalone vertical videos. Key duties will include selecting compelling clips, crafting captivating introductions, adapting horizontal footage for vertical presentation, incorporating captions and visual accents, and editing each video to ensure a complete and entertaining experience for all viewers, regardless of their familiarity with the original content.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and deliver two thumbnails per week, aligned with video topics and scripts, to support content creation. Develop multiple concept variations to facilitate A/B testing and optimize performance. Ensure consistency in visual branding across all thumbnails to maintain a cohesive brand image. Incorporate engaging elements, including text, facial expressions, and relevant imagery, to enhance click-through rates. Provide prompt turnaround of drafts and revisions to meet project deadlines.
